Instructions :
(As Stand-alone Base Coat)
Pour 5 to 6 drops of DETAILMAX® ZMAX V2 Ceramic Coating on the suede cloth wrapped on an applicator pad. Apply in size of area 2 x 2 ft. Wait for the air bubbles to settle down and then wipe with a clean microfiber and then buff with a separate microfiber cloth. Apply the second layer of Zmax after 2 hrs for ideal results.
Instructions :
(As Top Coat over 9H/10H coating)
To apply ZMAX V2 as a Topcoat, wait for 6-12 hours after the Ceramic Coating application. Pour 5 to 7 drops on an applicator. Apply a very thin layer and immediately buff it with microfiber. Tack-free curing time is 1 hour.
Do’s & Don’ts
- Allow the coating to cure for at least 12 hours before getting wet.
- The store-opened bottles are in a dry and cool storage area that’s out of direct sunlight.
- If you are applying over DETAILMAX® Hot & Humid, ZMax should be applied for more than 1 hour but less than 12 hours after the DETAILMAX® Hot & Humid.
- Drop several (between 5 and 10) drops of product onto the applicator provided.
- Work the liquid into the pad to get an even saturation.
- If the surface is between 15 and 25 Celsius wait for one minute and for temperatures above this, remove immediately.
- Ensure that your vehicle is out of direct sunlight but warmer than 5 degrees Celsius, is completely dry, and will stay dry for at least 12 hours after application.

Wash the Vehicle
Thoroughly clean the vehicle using a high-quality car wash shampoo to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants.
Decontaminate the Surface
Use a clay bar and lubricant to remove embedded contaminants from the paint surface.
Prewipe
Spray on the Panel and Microfiber, and wipe to remove oils. A clean Microfiber cloth should be used forcefully to clear the oils from every inch.
Application of Ceramic Coating
Apply a small amount of the coating to an applicator pad and work it into the paint surface using overlapping, straight-line motions.
Work in Sections
Divide the vehicle into manageable sections to ensure thorough coverage.
Buffing and Levelling
Use a clean, dry microfiber towel to buff and level the coating after applying the ceramic coating. Buff time in 5-10 seconds
Cure Time
The car can be delivered after 2 hours of application. For best results, allow the coating to cure for 12 hours before delivery.
